CrowdEngineering provides support and maintenance for all releases for up to two (2) years following the initial general release. If your version is no longer “officially” supported, we are happy to assist you with any upgrade problems or issues you may be experiencing.

Our service covers:

  •          All major, minor and patch releases
  •          Configuration issues
  •          Understanding functions and features in our products

We will invite you to become active participants in our forums, so that we can learn more about you, interact, and get your input on priorities for new releases and desired features.
